CrickPoll is a free, entertainment-based IPL cricket match prediction and polling platform. Users can vote in match polls, submit predictions, and view leaderboard rankings. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not involve real money, gambling, or prizes.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service by submitting automated votes, manipulating polls, impersonating others, or attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities. We reserve the right to remove any content or block access if we determine misuse has occurred.
4. Predictions & Accuracy
Predictions on CrickPoll are for entertainment only. We make no guarantees about prediction accuracy or outcomes. CrickPoll is not a fantasy sports platform and does not involve any financial transactions or prizes.
5. Affiliate Links
CrickPoll contains affiliate links to third-party fantasy cricket platforms (Dream11, MPL). These are clearly marked. We may earn a commission if you sign up through these links. These platforms involve real money — please read their terms carefully. Participation is for users 18 years and older only.
6. Intellectual Property
CrickPoll does not claim ownership of IPL, BCCI, or any team branding. Team names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. CrickPoll is an independent fan platform not affiliated with BCCI or the IPL.
7. Limitation of Liability
CrickPoll is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inaccuracies arising from use of the Service. Match schedules and results displayed may not always be up to date.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
